I received my Juris Doctorate from the University of Tulsa, where I graduated in the top of my class. I also earned a certificate in Health Law from the University of Tulsa. During law school I competed on a national trial competition team, where I wrote the eighth highest scoring legal brief in the nation and received the award for Family Law Student of the Year from the Oklahoma Bar Association. Additionally, my research work was published in the Fall 2009 Case Western Reserve Law Review in an article about commercial speech. Furthermore, I was selected to be a law clerk for Administrative Law Judge Jeffrey Wolfe and spent my last semester working with the Social Security Administration. Thereafter, I happily joined Hardy Law Group.
Most recently, I graduated from Trial Lawyers College where I had the wonderful opportunity to work with and learn from some of the greatest trial lawyers of all time.
I am currently licensed to practice in Nevada and California, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals and the Federal District Courts of Nevada, including the United States Bankruptcy Court. I am also a member of the American Society of Legal Medicine and the American Health Lawyers Association.
I love what I do and couldn t imagine myself doing anything else. I genuinely take interest in my cases and care deeply about my clients.
Find something you love to do and you will never have to work a day in your life. -Harvey MacKay
